Quality Assurance
Overview
Intrinsyx delivers integrated quality assurance across the full hardware lifecycle, supporting NASA and ISS programs with rigorous standards based on ARC, SSP, and NASA QA documentation. Our team manages everything from drawing reviews and build tracking to non-conformance reporting, functional test verification, and flight hardware pre-ship reviews -ensuring each part meets mission-critical reliability and traceability requirements.

NASA Procedural Requirements
Intrinsyx supports the implementation and development of NASA’s Agency Procedural Requirements (NPRs) and Ames Procedural Requirements (APRs) by aligning quality assurance practices with mission-critical directives. This includes conformance to documentation standards, verification procedures, and full process traceability to meet evolving NASA compliance frameworks.

Capability Maturity Model Integration
Intrinsyx played a central role in enabling NASA Ames’ Space Station Biological Research Project (SSBRP) to become the first NASA project ever to achieve Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 2, followed by a center-wide task order to support CMMI implementation across multiple projects. As part of the Ames Engineering Process Group since 2002, Intrinsyx has developed software process improvement plans, pilot initiatives, and artifacts, earning the 2003 NASA Ames Contractor Council Team Award.
